Yeah it mush be a real estate marketing tactic (ha). They recently rebranded my apartment building in Chicago as "luxury boutique", when its mostly small studio and one bedroom 100-year-old apartments (ha)! 🤣

Yeah sometimes this area gets flooded (as do most areas in the Houston Area over time). There is a lot of impervious area that causes more runoff during heavy rain events (which seem to be happening more frequently recently), and the water simply has nowhere to go.
Is there a park called woodlands national park?
I'm not sure, but if there is this is not the location (ha). 😁
Sometimes when they reverse sometimes they are switching to another track and my guess that train is over two miles long and get yourself a baofeng radio for railfanning purposes
