These two were best friends, then they got into a lawsuit with WWE, Colt attended a WWE event while they were in a lawsuit with them and Punk was pissed, they then agreed to go seperate ways and Colt said he would get his own lawyers, they win the suit then Colt tries to get money off Punk by force (Extortion). It's sad what happened between these two but don't try to extort your friends, Punk said himself he offered him money but Colt wanted more. Punk may have been a bit paranoid around the time of the suit but he had a point don't hang around the place thats suing your ass
