‘Copycat’ Taco Bell Creamy Jalapeño Sauce & Dip: A Keto Recipe and Cooking Tutorial
You know that sauce that comes on the quesadillas at Taco Bell? It’s a Creamy Jalapeño Sauce, and it’s very good! Well, here we have a Ketofied Copycat Recipe for that delicious sauce. I loooove putting it on my keto quesadillas (video tutorial and recipe coming soon!)
The great news, it that it also doubles as great dip with a kick! Serve it up with some pork rinds, or some keto-friendly chips or crackers. It’ll be enjoyed by keto, and non-keto people alike!

I made this to be MY side dish for last year's thanksgiving but everyone LOVED it and I only got a smidge of it.....then completely forgot about it !! This year I'm doubling it !
Every ingredient you chose was awful. Who use iodized salt any more!

Wow I just whipped this up… man o man! Easy n delicious… I didn’t have a heavy cream so I used a little almond milk still good so I can only imagine what it would be like with cream

Your heat was way too high for a non-stick pan… and then you used a metal whisk in non-stick. Two very bad things. But I’ll totally make this, it looks awesome
My mom always made creamed spinach and she would put sliced hard-boiled eggs on top for her topping. That was a family favorite.

The last ingredient is that sugar?
Its Swerve, a sugar alternative thsts a mixture of a couple alternative sweeteners that is said to taste closest to real sugar, and can be measured like real sugar for recipes I believe. She also says u can just use real sugar if u arent trying to do keto.

I just made a creamed spinach for the first time. I actually wanted to make a cauliflower mash but think I over did it on the cream so the mash came out more like a cheese sauce. So I thought Id add it to my spinach. I made it very similar to yours minus the cream cheese I just grated cheese on top. I'm on Day 4 of Keto so I'm a Keto Newborn and just subscribed to your channel 😍
Just wanted to say the bowl I had I couldbt finish as it was super heavy (no doubt the cream) so couldn't finish the bowl is this normal in the beginning??

My first time too preparing creamed spinach! I've been on keto diet now for about a month and have lost about 15lbs so far, but I'm craving vegetables besides my daily raw salads. I used fresh spinach and followed the recipe exactly. And I added an additional 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. I'll let you know how it turned out after I eat dinner... Update: Soooo delicious I literally licked the bowl. The only negative was the ratio of spinach to heavy cream/cheese. I used 1 lb fresh spinach, but next time I'll use 2 lbs I think. Thanks for sharing this deliciousness.)
