Slick af
Thank you for watching! We are going to continue to build on this position and what we can do if our opponent starts trying to resist. Keep an eye out!

Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great vid brotha 🤙
Thank you 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
I like the move but doesnt shrimping back leave your back vulnerable?
When sitting in the prepare to mount position focus on staying tight by pushing your hip into their torso. Your elbow on the far side hip should be pulling in to complete the squeeze. When we stay tight and they scoot our hips towards our opponents arm pits that can have a pinning effect in addition it helps split their frames. Typically if I can’t split those frames and scoot back toward my opponents arm pit I won’t stay there long. This happens if you opponents starts framing your hips preventing the scoot. Don’t forget you have your arms that can help deal with our opponents legs.
Anyone who uploads entire seminars for free are just awesome 🤝🏻 subbed
Hopefully they help! We will continue to provide seminars that we film at our academy.
@@GregWalkerJiuJitsu hell yeah man!

FINE ART!
Beautiful
Thank you!
And there are still people out there who call judo bullshido
That is one thing I have learned, there will always be naysayers and disbelievers. We just keep pushing forward in learning, growing, and progressing.
🔥🔥🔥
Judo takedown. ‘Bjj’ doesn’t have takedowns lol
No need to argue semantics of names. Judo - wrestling - Jiu Jitsu. All grappling martial arts have takedowns.
@@GregWalkerJiuJitsu i used to think that way, but i feel it's important to give credit where credit is due. i train 3 arts 'bjj'/judo and wrestling. love them all
@@misnomer4231 The title of this video isn’t intended to take credit away from any other grappling art. Just trying to help people improve in their skills and knowledge.
How do you get under the elbow on the first takedown?
Watch the snap down on the arm, pulling down hard can cause an upward reaction from your opponent. So we snap down on the arm and then look to pop the elbow up to help get underneath it.
The last one. Show in slow motion.
What is your favorite takedown you utilize?
Comment below any techniques you'd like to see!
As always, great tips and details!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
Great explanation of my least favorite submission to have put on me...
Glad I could help!
Wtf is Canelo Alvarez doing with a gi on?
That’s a new one lol. I have never heard I look like Canelo before, thanks 🙏🏻 🤣
One of the best bjj professors
Thank you!
Awesome to see you making videos professor greg!
I agree, I had to move and it’s great to see stuff that works on UA-cam instead of the most flashy stuff. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! We got more coming!
Killer
Why does this stuff only seem to work when your opponent isn’t doing anything?
Works all the time for me in sparring
There are plenty of examples of this sequence happening at even the highest levels of competition.
@@GregWalkerJiuJitsu I understand how it works souring a match or sparring and no doubt training like this is good but I have never seen something like this actually used or done off the Mat.
Just because you have not seen it doesn’t mean it is not possible. Keep searching for it. In the meantime if you find your self near my academy, come train with us. You can be my guest.
going to the pub now.
Is that guy's ribcage gonna be ok?
Again thanks man for making these. Keep up the good work, you rule.
Thank you for watching! 🙏🏻
You’re the man Greg, thanks for these
