@@ronniepocock6489 Yeah, what your'e saying is only possible if you still have that lock. Howeer it's impossible to remove the lock lif you don't have it anymore, I had to delete my account and create a new one

Unfortunately not, this slim style doesn't have the required space for the zigbee or z-wave module.

If you have a Yale Assure Lock, there is a reset button on the back of the internal lock. Do you have a different Yale digital lock?

A factory reset will wipe everything off the lock - so, yes, all codes including the Master Code will be wiped.
