Nigerian VEGETABLE SOUP With UGU LEAF and Spring Onions For White Rice or Swallow ♦️ Absolutely DELICIOUS & HEALTHY 💯
Hello everyone,
Welcome to our channel, today I'll be showing you how to make Nigerian Vegetable Soup, this is the only vegetable soup you will need.
It is made with Ugu (fluted pumpkin leaves) and Spring Onions.
You can eat this vegetable soup with white rice, boiled plantains, boiled yam, white rice & beans and any swallow of your choice: fufu, semo, pounded yam, eba, Amala, tuwo and wheat
Ingredients for the soup are:
2 bundles of Ugu
1 bundle of spring onions
Beef (cow meat)
Kpomo (Cow skin)
Smoked Fish
Pepper mix (red pepper, chilly pepper, yellow pepper, 1 onion and water)
Red palm oil
Seasoning powder (2 knor cubes)
Curry powder
Thyme
Salt to taste
Iru (locust beams)
Ugu leaf is a vegetable that is rich in antioxidants, it is high in fiber which helps keeps you full for longer.
