I'm pretty sure that the random graphic thing is the HDT or SMP cant remember what it uses being buggy with Cloaks of Skyrim if I recall from when I used that mod. If you needed to know. As much as it sucks I don't remember a fix or the fix so its easier to get rid of Cloaks of Skyrim as much as it sucks.

we need a mod that adds a dialogue upon finishing the character creation where the guy asks “how do you plead” and the options are “guilty” (if you want to be considerd guilty) “not guilty” (if you want to be considered not guilty) “THIS IS A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE! YOU’RE CONDEMNING AN INNOCENT PERSON! I HAVE RIGHTS! I DEMAND YOU RELEASE ME AT ONCE!” (if you want to be considered definitely guilty) and if you pick the last one he just cuts you off with “your plea is entered for the record” and they take you to the chopping block regardless. and it unlocks unique dialogue where Tulius has to apologize to you later if you picked not guilty, or says you’re a lucky so and so if you picked guilty or maybe if you picked the last one, he just talks to you obviously barely tolerating you

This mod is currently broken and doesn't work if anyone is thinking of using it. To open the menu, it says to press F5 but it wont open at all. Smh is anyone else having the same issue?

Hijack a NPC covered wagon from the rear, in a populated area. Kill the driver and wait for law enforcement. The NPC wagon horses will run randomly letting you shoot from the rear. The law will chase the wagon. The wagon cover will keep you protected from the sides. It's hilarious.
