Secondly, I’ll be completely honest - worrying about not finding indians or gelling up w people/indians should be the least of your worries! India and China are the 2 largest nations from where migrants/international students come. Last year, we saw a record high of international students coming in, especially from India!!! You’ll see Indians everywhere, specially in your uni., your course, your accommodation, and the whole of Adelaide!!

It really depends on you and how much effort you put into things. There are a lot of organisations that are hiring and I do have a bunch of friends who are working for the government as well but they put in the hard work with networking and everything, that is why they got jobs. There are a lot of other accommodations that have bigger rooms. Generally, the size of rooms in student accomodations tend to be on a smaller size if you’re not going for a studio. I used to compare these rooms with my room back home (don’t ever do that, you’ll go into an existential crisis😂)
