I saw Van in ‘23 in Detroit. Excellent show. And, yes: everyone in the band never takes their eyes off him lest they miss a signal. And, just like here, when he’s finished, he walks off the stage and is g-o-n-e, GONE! And, to sing with your daughter? Be still, my heart! I have two daughters with beautiful voices and at 73, can’t remember ever singing anything with them beyond childhood songs. Still time to rectify that, methinks!

Oh, My! I have been a fan since Van was considered one of the "Blue Eyed Soul" singers during the 1960's! And, now the musicality in his voice is gone! What a shame, but age does that to.singers!

Sir, his daughter has a name and it's Shana. I felt bad because he didn't say her name on stage. She has a great singing voice and there's something special about her soothing tone. She's excellent in the country realm as well.
