No both are different. Ye jaruri nhi hai if you are obc in state list to central list me bhi count hoge but if you are in Central obc list it's highly chance to in State list 👍

Talk to your college principal because it varies . some university chancellor is considered as designation of issuer so better to contact in your college.

NCL waise Centre ka hi banta hai. But If your certificate is issued by DM then not to worry otherwise you need new one.

Make a new one , as per upsc certificate issue date should be after 1-04-2024

@TheIAS_PCSExam100k how should I proceed with this. UPSC is not responding. But due to recent changes it's not possible now. UPSC should give time period till prelims for updating the OBC NCL CERTIFICATE

See ideally C grade & below 8 lakh comes under Non creamy but as you said more than 8 lakh hai income so You must talk to UPSC .

Grade C hai to Income Salary ki hai to aap ka NCL obc Certificate bengaluru jo valid hai chahe Income 15 lakh hai

There is limit regarding land area etc once you should go with notification thoroughly.

Abhi 3 yr ke basis pe Income bna h to thik hai & ye NCL 1-04-2024 ke bad ka hai to hi valid hai. You are definitely eligible 👍

It depends ki apka family income source kya hai. See OBC NCL me salary & Agriculture count nhi hota.. Rest you adjust accordingly

Abhi NCL certificate kr do ap ITR is just optional now , ITR mains me submit kr skte hai.

See salary & agriculture not included for NCL. If your parents hold group C & D govt job then should fill with OBC NCL .

last 3 yrs income / 3 if > 8lcs then you are CL-OBC IF <8lcs then OBC NCL , 3 saal ka avg nikalo agar 8 lakh se niche h to aap OBC NCL ME HO

Likhna kuch nhi hai if in your state OBC NCL issues on last 3 year record then good otherwise just see your parents should not cross 8 lakh in last 3 FY & then last 1yr certificate considered

Ye thoda impossible lg rha hai OBC update krne ka mauka de.. but as of now we can just wait for correction window.

If your father is taxpayer & income is more than 8lakh as per ITR norms apko required data online krna hoga but NCL ka benefit ke liye aisa kuch nhi krna hai.
