He is just to mobile ro keep out your face. Hanzo really good vs mina too. Oh one other thing, that move you use to chip people out with sogetsu 214 s, can be deflected on block. I think its the 3rd hit. You can block first two and deflect during the move.

Yo glad to see you enjoying a bit of the o'le MARTIAL CHAMPION! You should check out the TG16/Wiiware version of it as well, it's pretty solid and feels like a good Genesis or SNES fighter. Haven't really scoured it for tech yet, mostly because there's nobody to play with lol.
