The amount of wedge to increase or decrease will vary from track to track, setup build, setup changes, and driving style so there is really no tried and true way of mathematicaly determining the amount of wedges based on the tire temperatures. However the tire temperatures will tell you what the cars doing and what way to go with the wedge. The easiest way to determine how much wedge will effect the readings is to do a rest run or say 20 laps, take readings, make wedge change one click at a time and retest for another 20 laps and compare the readings. This can tell you approximately how much one click of wedge changes the temp readings. Keep in mind that erratic driving or an inconsistent run compared to the previous will yield less than accurate results.
