How can you use the leftover fibers. I took my sock as the basis for the pattern, enlarged it 1.9 times and got a template. No tools were used. The viscose fibers were laid out randomly.

Я не сняла, но это просто подходящая тесьма, нашитая вручную.
Сердечко в ромбе -сваляны отдельные маленькие кусочки зеленого и белого цвета и вырезаны, нашиты сверху

How long did you have to rub the olive colored fibers.
I spend 5-7 minutes to rub each side of the slippers. Wool fibers should bond well and not move relative to each other.
How much do the slippers shrink, in relation to the original template size? I'm a size 44... What size of template should i use? Thanks you

Love them. Beautifully finished! I'm curious why you left them to dry and then wet them again to finish them off. Does it do something special to the fibre? Is the measurement you use to cut the opening the same for all sizes? I think I need to invest in a shoe last 😊
It is good to give some rest for wool , because felting process will be easier and faster after that. And it is the rest for you too, because felting take lots of energy and time. The cut depends of size of slippers. The top of the cut is usually 2-3 cm higher than 1/3 of the lengths of the slipper counting from the heel.
