Great video love it on Dartmoor only been nuns cross once started off sunny black as hell when I got there but that’s the beauty of Dartmoor…it’s def got a vibe to it that place.

I am lucky to own a boat and see them almost every time we go out. Normally common and occasionally bottlenose. We did see Risso Dolphins on one occasion, which was a real treat as we do not see them off South Devon normally
Hi Nick, you are very lucky. It is incredible how much marine life we have around Devon.
@@JamesMaloneyPhotography Im 53 and grew up in South Devon. I used to go sea fishing every week from 8-15 years old and cannot remember ever seeing dolphins or seals. Now they are everywhere. We had a pod with babies beside the boat a few weeks ago. I shoot weddings and events for a living but I never take my gear on the boat.

@@JamesMaloneyPhotography Ah nice I have a canon 100-400, so might not quite be enough to reach out there!
@@harrysorrell8774 check to see if your camera has a crop factor from FX to DX. It will lower the megapixel but will give you that extra focal length.
@@JamesMaloneyPhotography I will have a look, but I know that my camera doesn't have a full sensor so it multiplies it by 1.6
