Both sides of my family are very diverse both culturally and fiscally and I’ve seen money ruin relationships on both sides. One with a mom and her daughter so with that being said it’s very risky to mix family and finances. I’m not saying it can’t work out positively but keep your guard up, doing everything the official way and get things in writing. Do not underestimate anyone

Girl, I cosigned for my sister when she was 21. Thought I was helping her get started and trusted her completely. 4 years later she has "only missed 3 payments" and does stuff like buy a gaming laptop when she's unemployed on an installment plan. My bathroom is narrow and long as well! We hung towels on the wall behind the door and we just grab them and toss by the shower when we need to use them! It looks beautiful even if it’s not perfect! I am jealous for sure lol!
