They are lazy and they want fast money. When you employ them they will work for some days ,the next thing you know they will come up with lot of excuses or even start stealing from your business. I was there for 3 years to open my business, although i succeeded but if are not strong they will discourage you.They do not value work and they want everything for free.I just came back to the USA to get few things for my business.I really enjoyed the challenges and i learn a lots.No one can tell me about opening a business in Sierra Leone. Even in other African countries lots of our friends here are complaining. The best thing is to do it yourself and forget about being a J C.beheave just like them,if not they will ripp you off.

Everything we put it on the government and leave the Lebanese and Indians to take advantage of our businesses everywhere with monopoly right given to Lebanese for them to only import important and lucrative business items, it's so so sad.
