Hi Dear, since you have buildup right now. Don't use conditioner for time being Try to clarify the hair first for 3 to 4 wash. the biotique green apple shampoo itself have conditioning properties as well.

I didn't come across any dove & tresemme shampoo as clarifying. You can specify Full product name to suggest you.

Use Selsun daily Anti-Dandruff shampoo. 1 to 2 days in week. Followed by Hair growth serum concentrate from wishcare.

Get you Hair trimed, White dot on end at your hair are split ends. Use Head & Shoulder Cool menthol Shampoo will reduce itching in scalp followed by regular conditioner, apply conditioner to the end of your hair tip, we're you get white dot. Oiling on scalp once in a 1 week is recommended.
