How did you set the slow-down speed? I've looked everywhere and can't find instructions on how to perform that task.

Im in kraaifontein. Your bees are so rustig compared to mine. If I open the lid or move the super they are all over me.

Is a catch box a must,or can you do the lemon grass thing with a normal langswroth hive to catch a hive??

From a keeper to be 😁 Edit to add:i was wondering if i should buy a brood box first and let my bees fill those up with brood and honey and and to about 70% before i add the super ontop?or should i go right out and buy a complete hive with brood and super?
