Hi David, I'm looking for solo shuai jiao exercises that are useful for mma. I've seen a drill for what looks like an arm throw (I think it's called tiao beng zi) and for a leg sweep (liao gou zi) which seem to be what I'm looking forward to. You have published a bunch of books and videos, do you know where can I find something like this?
There are solo exercises in both my Shuai Jiao and Lion's Roar Correct Path courses at new-york-san-da-martial-arts.teachable.com/ but a full course of solo exercises should be up in next 2 to 3 months

Memories of my first martial art…TangSooDo We used the Palgwe systems with some minor variations…Palgwe Il Jang had a side block rather than a inward block on the first few moves…but even today I find myself warming up with them

right off the bat id be rolling my eyes when someone talks about themselves too much or says people are afraid of him, but he looks legit. Probly only a dozen people in the world who have those belts, and its not given by Joe Shmo's Dojo, its at a official setting by other high ranks in Japan.
He was also a Korean War combat vet. Was wounded in action 3x.
