Is there a way to get a cleaner finished product? It still looks rough on the edges; I've seen a lot of embroidery places have results like this though. I'm curious if there is a way for it to look as clean as the Yankee logos found on official New Era caps.

This design looks too high, which is what we consistently have problems with. Is this just how the CAMFive embroidery hat hoops are? Our customers constantly complain about how high the embroidery is on the hat.
