Hey, do you realize that there is sawdust all over your shop floor? lol
Beautiful 🔨
For what it's worth I trim the sides with a flush trim bit works like a charm.
How many layers of plywood?
Love it! Very nice job!
do you miter the corners of the curved ply wood to hid the raw edge?
How would one add a mirror behind that?
Why is there a need to put more than one layer on your faces of the cabinet?
Just curious. How do you install the venting duct work and make sure its properly sealed/taped to the top and actual vent?
Where do I purchase one.
how would you access inside of wood hood for ducting if you ever need to repair it?
I'm curious about the seam that connect the two curved pieces. Using plywood in my mind wouldn't look very good.. but I don't see how you make that seam look, well seamless.
thats what I want to know.
@@321dummy1 If it's painted, you Bondo the seams and gaps, then veneer over it for paint grade.
I just built something similar... for one of my jobs. If you don,t mind me asking, what did your charge? Thanks
Please slow the video down
Excellent work! I love how his table was able to move up and down. Can someone tell me if that is something you can?
damn man this guys have to do all the work by hand.. the guy with red shirt ripping sheets on the table saw in the begining of the video better be getting paid some good money for all that work...
La cocina de mis sueños!
Nice work! I wonder how you hoisted it into position, it looks like it weighs a couple hundred pounds.
At 2:20 and 2:40 your assembly table seems to sink and rise. Are you controlling this with a hydraulic lift? Please let me know what you are using. Thanks.
Thank you for making the video.
cool !
How much time you guys spend and how many cabinets Total? thank you
Very nice job
thanks for idea! I just finished frame for my hood, but I'm going to cover it with hammered copper, here's some timelapse how I did it ua-cam.com/video/qtLDBnUuirc/v-deo.html nice shop, btw!
Great job but overkill and back how bout straps
How much?
Amazing job. Question. Why so many skins? I counted 3 layers.
Adam Hinnenkamp overkill
at the cabinet shop I work at we only do 2 layers on each side. This is solid but unnecessary
what material are you layering up? 1/4" MDF? Thanks in advance!
Enzo A that's what I was thinking.
Looks like bendable plywood, that he just puddied and sanded. Would've looked better with a spray glued hardwood veneer on the outside
Who in their right mind dislikes this video? Amazing job man!!!!!!
It looks great but how do you fix it on to the wall if it has the full back? With the weight of the extractor it has to be pretty solid fixings....
thanks!! you save my life, I'd have not idea how to make it, but now I do.
Good job!
