The inside was quiet - the outside is very near heavy traffic areas, so morning and evening traffic hours - yea, not so quiet on the outside. Also, please keep in mind - still new apartments so not at capacity. As of today 5/12/2024 a 1 bed 1 bath starts at 1614/mo, there is not a 2 bed 1 bath but the 2 bed 2 bath starts at 2240/mo (pricing and availability subject to change without notice). Keep in mind they do not have attached garages, they do have detached garages which are extra if available. Hope this helps
