One thing nobody ever mentions is how John Williams' score was slightly informed by the theme from the old Fleischer Superman cartoons. Pay attention next time you watch one -- you'll notice the "spiritual" connection.

Christopher Reeves was the best and only version. No one comes close.

And now that I think of it. When u play Superman songs to kids they put one fist up in the air. When u play Jesus songs both hands raise up. We should all take note. I am the second coming.
