Someone forgot to mention the Nevada state government service tax on cars which is assessed every year upon registration. It’s based on 35% of MSRP! Yikes!!!

I would OT overnight a hoa they act like they own you and at 400,00 every three months and pay that out of my pocket and then you have to pay more hoa fees on top of that and it runs between 150 to 800 it depends on how much your home costs.
