Thx for the presentation , the attitude displayed towards shareholders has convinced me never to invest in this company.

I know it can take more than a decade to build a mine but one of your JV is 16 years old and the other 7 years. No wonder your shareholder meetings get low attendance. Who wants to pay to travel every year just to be told yet again no progress on mine. No payoff could be worth waiting 16+ years for a payoff.

You didnt go out to a retail base though, you raised with institutional investors. Clearly the retail holders back this project and you sold them out with the discounted raise. Shambles of a company in my opinion

Finally cake box moving away from the horrid colour branding. I think from the ceo wearing the same colour shirt its a bit naf. Though there is still ways to go for the website. The desktop version and mobile doesn't stand up to similar sized businesses - come on guys? But it's a step in the right direction. It should be slick. Kiosks I've been to never had footfall, and competitors openned up right next to them and had customers. Perhaps its the bland cakes? I'd love to see recipes improved. Maybe take a trip to France and go to a boulangerie for some inspiration.. on flavour. But from financials it seems to be ticking along

I trust management to get a US listing only if or when it makes sense. I've just heard Rick Rule say that in the "noughties", there was a rash of Australian mining companies listing in North America, without making the effort to engage with fund managers, the implication being it was a waste of money. I'll believe that's the likely result in any industry until I see evidence that it isn't, and I'm supposing it's more productive to engage with US investors without the US listing.

What do you think about this acquisition?

Any news on how the SP will ever recover if the board continually generate BILLIONS of new shares. PI are being destroyed by this.

I like this one, I like the CEO and it was good to hear he'll likely be CEO for a while yet, but the trust will be OK if he's hit by the proverbial bus. He seems to know the industry very well. I especially liked the bit near the end where he said he believes a firm is more optimistic about data centre investments because they want to divert attention away from their office investments. As an investor who only spends a little time on property, I wouldn't have figured that out by myself.

2014 the share price was 26.77 , fast forward to 2024 and its 0.62 a decline of 97.61% !!!!!!

99.26% fall in share price over last ten years !!!! Any shareholders left must be down on their knees praying that they have been delivered from the previous board.

EULIF owns 83% of CRML. Unfortunately, the EULIF stock continues to plummet despite positive news.

Does the public listing help the business, even if the market cap is quite small and the stock is illiquid? Are management committed to the public listing? If "no" and "no", there's a risk of the stock delisting at a price that's not good for shareholders.

I'm long BPM and happy with the performance, especially recently. I'd like to see figures for total return based on NAV per share plus dividends, over five-year periods. Just a minor point, I looked up the slide where the investment of £19 in SSRU in 2017 was worth £11,870,000 in January 2024. The "IRR to 31 January 2024" of 4.1% doesn't get you from £19 to nearly £12m, it's more like £2,000. So, I assume there was further investment. While it's a great result, it's not as amazing as if you assumed the £19 was the only cash investment.

Interesting. Where they talked about hackers crunching through different passwords to find ones that hash to a match for a stolen hash code, I can only make sense of it if they were talking about unsalted passwords. Salting means that when a user sets or resets a password, a string of random characters is added to the password before hashing it, and the same string is stored with the user data (because it's needed to verify the password). It means that if Jeff and Jill both use "monkeyhat" as their (very weak) password, they get different hash codes, and hackers can't infer which users have popular passwords from the hash data. Microsoft Copilot tells me "Virtually all modern web applications and services use salted passwords to protect user credentials", and I can't easily confirm or refute that from other sources. Auth0 has a clear explanation titled "Adding Salt to Hashing: A Better Way to Store Passwords".
