The program is Sibelius 7. The school I work at had most of the parts but not the score, and I could only find a poorly recorded live version of the piece. I added the missing parts and recorded the playback so that I could have a score and my students a recording.

I agree! I teach band and wanted to bring some simple polyphonic pieces in, hence the instruments. I sing these in the choir at my church, which is why I chose them.
