What thickness did you use for the plywood?

It will naturally pull out of place as your car shifts sideways and front to back. This is usually only done to single body cars.

Does it bond to metal?

Change the oil more often than recommended. I painted my top shell with white boat paint and it made so much difference with the heat.

I loved that you are using the white paneling. That is what I am doing with my 2000 Dodge ram van. I had also thought about blocking that front window and putting a little kitchenette there.

It would have been structurally stronger if you had torn the cloth and pulled it apart a bit and laid it in a few layers in opposite directions. Then finished off over the top with what you laid in the video.
