Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting.(Your "Hey,hello, and howdy, everyone", has grown on me). A very attractive home for the price point. I am not a fan of the open concept and find the living room to be a bit small, (but standard for open concept), and NO formal dinning room at the pricepoint gives me serious pause. The other aspects of the home, I like esp the backyard, it is def not oversized, but I like that it is fenced in. The offering for the price point would give me serious pause, in relation to resale value. Great tour, thank you for posting!!!

I noticed while looking at their plans. There plans jump almost 120k from 3100sqft then at 3400 it jumps 1/4 of the base previous base price. Makes no sense if we are calculating price per sqft, same lot size, and both are two stories.

The size of the bedrooms and the living/dinning areas give me serious pause at the asking price ( esp with no formal dinning room. My concern is retention of resale value. The overall size is more conducive with a startet home but the asking price is not!!
