In Luke 7:18-23, why did John the Baptist ask Jesus if he was the Messiah since he baptized Jesus and heard God speak about Jesus? In Luke 7:18-23, it is written, The disciples of John reported to him about all these things.
Sometimes pressure can take from our faith, but I’m deciding today by the Holy Spirit and fire that we will persevere through the name of Jesus Christ. We are sons and daughters of the most high God he has created us for a purpose. We are here by no mistake. Find your plan and execute and let Gods will be done not our will. There are two types of people on this planet. Those seat there will and those seat guards will. Let’s turn today a new leaf and follow the word of God and seek him diligently and let miracles happen in our life and the name of Jesus Christ. I pray blessings over everybody, reading this in the mighty name of Jesus that lives will be changed Change.  generational curses will be broken lives restored, and marriages restored families reunited the lame walk , the death rise from the dead, the blind see all be fixed in the name of Jesus we’re on the way to heaven and enjoying the trip!!! When a Christian is draw by God, not by an unbiblical altar call, he is ministered by the elders in the church to be absolutely sure that their belief is sound, that they understand the importance of what they are doing. They are publicly baptized in front of the congregation they are apart of as witnesses and supporters. All in agreement. This is stuff billy graham did is unsound.and gives people a false sense of their Faith. Many believe that they claim to be Christians and yet they have never made a public declaration of faith in a single church and have never been publicly baptized in a church infront of the church congregation. Examine your walk.

All wrong. Billy Graham preached salvation by works since day one. If fallen man doesn't "place his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation first," even though Christ clearly declares fallen man has no faith, Mt.17:17, *that* self committing testament saves him, second. That man made a contract with Christ and Christ, he requires, must abide by the terms fallen mas so specified in that testament. Salvation is not by fallen man first speaking but by fallen man being called of God to Christ by hearing, Ro.8:28-30. People flock to multi-millionaire preachers ( just view these televangelists audience of size on these youtibe videos ) simply because they too are lovers of money, 2Tim.3:1-5. Even hear of a poor televangelist?

We also need to judge our own fruit, first actually!! Like Pastor preached on this weekend, we should use the Word of God as a mirror! Are you seeing Jesus when you look in the mirror? If there's something in YOU that needs to be changed, repent, and change it. Take the log out of our own eye and look at ourselves FIRST. Yes, the Word of God is offensive, but if the fruit we bare is bad or even rotten, that makes it even more offensive.
True repentance is picking up your cross daily true repentance is deny your flesh. True repentance is keeping every thought captive and bringing it to the Lord true repentance is turning your back on sin. Your life is not your own Jesus bought you with a high price which no man can complete

Seek counseling with a Christian counselor or pastor who can provide spiritual guidance along with psychological insights. Identify situations that lead to temptation and create a plan to avoid them. This might include installing internet filters or accountability software, like Covenant Eyes or Accountable2You. Focus on renewing your mind through Christian literature, music, and other media that encourage spiritual growth. As advised in 1 Corinthians 6:18, take proactive steps to flee from situations that may lead to watching pornography. Be mindful of what you consume in terms of media and conversations. As Proverbs 4:23 advises, everything you do flows from your heart. Regularly practice spiritual disciplines such as fasting, silence, and solitude to deepen your connection with God and strengthen your resolve. Remember, in Christianity, there is an emphasis on grace-the idea that you’re not facing this struggle on your own strength but with God's help. I think true repentance is when you’ve decided for a major mind up that your life that you’re currently living is no longer your life because you wanna give your life to God and let him take over, put him in the driver seat, instead of sitting beside you as a copilot I think repentance means you got to let God take the driver seat. Do you have to surrender to him in order to have true repentance
True repentance may start with remorse but also includes a decision to forsake sin. Repentance, then, is a godly sorrow over sin, coupled with a sincere commitment to turn from sin and live to honor God. I feel like surrendering is definitely part of it.

I just read this the other day and was so impressed by the fact that he wanted to worship before he did anything. Good word my brother. 9 months sober here. Delivered and set free back in April from drugs, sexual perversion, a spirit offense, nicotine, unforgiveness, a spirit of fear, and EVERYTHING that had me bound. Now I’m free indeed. 🙌🏻
