I am also on a health journey after a NDE and being in the ICU. It was definitely a wake up call for me. I am 32 years old and feel like I am 80 and need to make some major, slow changes to get well again and lose weight. Just know with the medication how you said the FDA make sure all the active ingredients have to be the same that’s true, but I took Wellbutrin and that was the brand and when my pharmacy ran out and I needed to take the no-name Bupropion. I couldn’t figure out for 21 days I felt like garbage, crap, headache, muscle cramp, fatigue, loss of appetite. I just felt like total shit and my pharmacist was like, maybe it’s the Bupropion. I got my regular Wellbutrin within two days. I felt better again so it’s about the ingredient. They added some filler ingredient that I just happened to have a reaction to. With Tylenol that’s probably not as likely to happen, but with the pharmaceutical prescriptions, it’s quite common for them to have very different non-active ingredients. ❤
