uhm this sound strange, i read much theory some people say they did the quest after about 24 Hours (as in my case less 24) some say the big crystal must be brillant purple. if this persist try to ask in game at a gm should be a section inside interface.

Are you sure did all questline like in the video ? can be maybe some quest you have jumped?
