I will never love failure !!! However small wins prepare us for our Big Wins whether it be in sports or life. We definitely learn from are good choices and bad choices these are the things that make us who we are.

What a great guy! I was on the mat that day and the first person he trained with when he walked in the PSBJJ......Professor Pablo looked at me and told me to roll with him, but don't hurt him! I said yes, but in my head I am thinking....me don't hurt him....this big ol guy! hahahaha! Great to see Cyril doing so well and making great things happen for himself and others!
then i won’t be proportionate 😭😭😭 i did the same when i fucked up my right arm with elbow tendonitis so i worked only my left arm for 6 months and by obviously no surprise my right arm shrinked from 18 inches to 16 inches and my left arm went from 17.8inches to 20 inches 💀 one arm is 4imches bigger than the other
His doctor probable said to stay of it
