I'm going back on the Elation for the 4th time in November. I live in Jacksonville. Its so nice just to go across town and get on board. The crew and the ship are really good. For the price you can't compare it.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. STAY AWAY. THE CARNIVAL VISTA IS BROKEN AGAIN FOR THE SIXTH TIME. This is a 100% Carnival and Vista issue and the individuals that should be held responsible and FIRED on the spot are the useless CHRISTINE DUFFY AND JOHN HEALD. These two wastes spaces of individuals have given all women leaders and brand representatives a bad name. I was on this same horrible Vista ship when it broke the 3rd time. Week after week this shameless liar and corporate greedy woman, Christine Duffy would send out emails one day before embarkation to all booked guests stating that the ship had JUST developed a propulsion issue and that it was being fixed by Engineers on board...She and her corporate puppet John Heald LIED and sailed the ship week after week for 9 months. As a result ports of call were cancelled or we arrived hours late resulting in all shore excursions and destination visits to be cancelled, itinerary changes, etc. This is the height of shamelessness by Carnival and specifically these corporate thugs. It is very easy to stand on the sideline and point fingers at disgruntled passengers who are calling out the TRUTH that Carnival is running a scam with this Vista ship at the cost of thousands of guests week after week. If something like this happens to you then you will realize versus judging people who are suffering due to Corporate greed. I cannot insist enough everyone people - please write emails to John Weinstein the President of Carnival Corporation to fire Christine Duffy the Present of Carnival Cruise Line and this wasted space John Heald. This is simple unacceptable! SHAME ON CARNIVAL! SHAME ON CHRISTINE DUFFY! SHAME ON JOHN HEALD!

I went on the Carnival Vista back in March!! It was so fun. We loved Guy Fieri's burgers and dinner at the Reflections restaurant. Also the soft serve ice cream and the pizza.

We really enjoyed Mardi Gras Free Specialty Restaurant Chibang. The Camarones Taco's were delicious. (Shrimp). Also on Virgin Voyages, Razzle Dazzle's Lamb Shank had the meat falling off the bone, Literally! The brunch options and food presentation of the Watermelon dish with granola and fresh fruit is delicious. I realize these are not Premium, but as your video showed there are some very good food options that are (free) included with your trip.

Skip Aruba. When the oil refinery collapsed they had to do something. So they took up tourism. And marketed the heck out of the place. They made it a Las Vegas on a desert island. I was there for nearly a month on my sailboat waiting for a good weather window for Panama. If you are not into gambling and honky tonk. Skip it. Now at least their neighbor Couicau has nice Dutch culture and architecture. Nice diving too. Much nicer choice. Sorry Aruba, kudos for your marketing though.

Hey John! I think the Bahamas beaches are even more snow-white than they are along the Florida Panhandle! You'll go snow blind if you don't wear really dark sunglasses at Destin or Ft. Walton! Nice little ship!

We've sailed on and loved the smaller ships like Legend and Pride, and also one of the larger Mardi Gras, which we loved, as well.
