It’s probably a dumb pet peeve I have but it bothers me how different rein (he sounds good just needs more screaming), tracer and kiri sound from the Mha character it especially annoys me with kiri cause the toga skin fits really well but the voice is completely different tone so it makes me really happy to know kiri in Japan as a similar tone to America’s and does an impression of toga. Also I was robbed of the reaper voice line that is epic!

I like the English one much more! The voicelines are more iconic than just quotes from the anime

In French the "I am here" voice line is "La cavalerie est là" ("The cavalry's here")

Japanese here. I was wondering what those voice lines sound like in other language because those Kiriko and Juno's Japanese voice lines are very much like the anime and even I as a person who hasn't seen MHA anime noticed it. You solved my wonder! Thanks!

I do know there are some voice lines in Japanese that are different than the originals. I'm not fluent in Japanese quite just yet but there are some that I definitely did notice. For example, Reaper's "Dead Man Walking" voice line becomes "kiisama wa mou shindeiru", which just literally means "You are already dead", possibly referencing Fist of the North Star (kiisama and omae are both different ways to say "you" in japanese for anyone unaware btw) Another voice line that is different is D.Va's ;) (in which in english she just says winky face), in Japanese she says "gomen ne!" instead, in a similar mocking tone (it just means something around the lines of "I'm sorry")
