Thanks lovely. After working in the craft/art industry for so long I got sick and tired of people saying copying is a compliment. Not if they are making money from it and you're not. And at the end of the day, it's not all about the money, but whether we choose to lose ourself and not be original. So many feel comfortable with copying and one upping, they don't recognise the detriment to their soul and being. All thanks to modern society and this need to be rich. Money doesn't make us rich, inner peace, happiness and love does. A roof over our heads is enough, and we can't take anything material with us. Cripes, I am getting all deep and enlightened in my old age. ha, ha. Love to you and the fam. 🤪🤯😅😆☮🌻🖤xx

Well, you don't have to listen to me it's just my thoughts. But this is how I tackle things. I eat chocolate. On a daily at the mo. Usually dark but mini eggs are my downfall. Ha, ha.😁😂🤣 I may have eaten 4 Easter eggs already as well. Errrr... not all at once. Besides I am catching up for lost years of no Easter egg eating. 😂🤣😂So when I do, I don't feel bad about it or give myself a hard time. Cause being hard on yourself and not being impeccable with your thoughts and your words to yourself is as damaging to your mind as the food we put into our body. Besides everyone deserves a treat. Especially at the moment.💜 I talk to my body everyday and thank it for being beautiful.💗 I accept it now for what it is and everything it is constantly doing for me daily. Usually with a little dance in front of the mirror and a laugh and a smile. Ha, ha.😂🤣😆 I find when I respect and befriend things within me that are potentially problematic they are kinder back to me. It seems to have worked for my cancer so what the hey. 😜 Sometimes as well not getting instant results can put us off but when you think of stopping just push through and keep going. And be kind to you. I feel like we sabotage when we have too many expectations and go all in. It's harder to maintain when it is not naturally a part of our routine. So I tend to introduce things slowly. I have been doing physio with my Hospice every Wednesday for the past year. I have only just started doing a bit everyday. Because I would do things like calf raises when I was doing the washing up or cleaning my teeth. l keep my weights on my bedside dresser and lift them when I see them and feel like I can fit in 10 reps. Then I go back to what I am doing. And the biggest thing is don't compare or look back to the past. It would drive me insane if I thought about all the things I could have done in the past year. Esp without fatigue and pain. I don't have to explain that one to you though. As you know it well too. It's good to stay accountable and consistent. We all have will power and the mindset to do it. The most important part is taking action. And it's having the tools to get those things moving. Sometimes it is as simple as trying it another way, which works for you and fits your agenda. Do a little every day. Even if it's 10 squats. Baby steps and doing what and when you can is a good starting block. I have no doubt you will smash it. I think I have expected a little bit too much of myself...when I fail to keep going or achieve my goals it is a reminder that I am not the woman that I used to be before the chronic pain, fatigue, wonky thyroid, horrid meds etc changed me into someone I have had difficulty identifying with. I have to do just that...not look back...accept me as I am now...celebrate my achievements however small they may be and treat this stranger that is me with loving kindness (including allowing the odd treat without self judgement...Easter eggs are rather moreish). I do have some weights in the kitchen...a few reps whilst waiting for the kettle to boil etc 😁...I do miss the old, slim, energetic me... my waistline etc may have changed but one thing I didn't lose is my smile and I shall continue to smile daily 😊 xxx

@@nataliepower7464 I totally resonate with you. It's really hard to not let it define you and make peace with the newer you, I am still working on that constantly. Just remember what seem like small achievements for the old you, are actually big ones for the new one. So you're actually doing an amazing job, and smashing big targets. 😉😘💜🖤💜xxx

Well, it always made me feel better to say I told you so, to those around me who hate that I see things before they happen.😂🤣 But I know how defeated it can make a person esp after being at the brunt end of my mums I told you so's, ha ha. 🙃😁 Yeah, I think you can plant a seed where ever you go even if the recipient isn't appreciative of it in that moment. But when it's been shoved down our throats in all the wrong kinda ways ie competing against and measuring everything and you try to undo all of the societal views within you... it takes a lotta work hey. We truly get lost. And once we find the path of least resistance is just being our pure, authentic self, it's a truly peaceful, balanced and rewarding place to be..because finally you can just be you... and it matters not what anyone thinks as long as we are content.
