Students pair up to collect treat by doing a trick. The trick is to catch a ball using a deck ring while standing over a piece of candy. If the ball is caught, it same the candy to your hoop (Trick or treat bag).

Earn points by catching the ball with a basket at different levels. Each level has a point value.

This is a great game to incorporate throwing and catching skills. Teams work together to pass and catch a ball to the end of the line as many times as possible.

Mayhem is a fast paced, exciting throwing and catching game. Student work in groups of three to collect as much equipment as possible. Each item MUST be caught in order to keep. At the end of the round students work together to add up their points. Each type of equipment is assigned a point value. Always play a second round to try and beat the previous score.

Partners work together throwing and catching various pieces of equipment for points. This is a fast-paced throwing game with tons of repetitions.

Set 15-20 receptacles around the room. I use laundry baskets. Place a poly spot in front of each basket with varying distances. Students try to work their way around the world by underhand throwing their ball into each basket in order. If a student misses a shot at a basket three times in a row, he can move to the next one. How many times can your group make it across the floor and back in 2 minutes?

The pizza needs to be delivered. However, two pizza pokers are trying to disrupt the process. If a pizza falls off the noodle, it must be returned to the pizzeria. If the pizza makes it to its destination, it’s dropped into the basket and the deliverer returns to the pizzeria to make another delivery.

Groups of 4 work together to move the donut from one cone to the other using noodles. If the donut falls, the students complete 5 jumping jacks while each holding the ends of each noodle.
