I had one 1 16 17 the other one 10 05 2022 & the pain is still here OMG the recovery is hard but everyone is different I don't know how I would feel if I had to go through that again

I had this exact surgery done in 2007, also after 6 rounds of chemo. In those days, I was the 2nd person in Australia to have it done. I was an anomaly as I was 39 yo at them time. As this was so cutting edge at the time (only other option was to resect my left arm), it was not known how long the impact would last. It finally failed, and I had revision surgery with a Bailey Walker Implant in 2019. I have been cancer free since 2007 and am about to turn 55 next month.
