My second year of eighth graders are now high school graduates. A tough teaching year, but I’ll never forget the last day of school with these guys. They grabbed my plastic rat, turned it into a mic… and recapped the year with love and gratitude. I taught: 3rd Grade 2012-2013 4th Grade 2013-2014 5th Grade 2014-2015 8th Grade 2017-2018 … These are kids from one, two, or all three of those years. My forever favorites.

The pleasure is seriously all mine. These kids have brought my so much joy and love into my classroom this year and I am heartbroken the end of their time at Weir has been cut short. Ava has been such a constant presence to all of these crazy online lessons and I don't think I could do them without her. She is the one that we've dubbed to have her mic off to answer all the questions!!! hahah. Love you all and hope you're doing well. Thanks for watching!!! (crying emoji)
