Are you able to see your xG tables in the console version? I am of the opinion that if you are over/under performing with your xG the game tries to 'balance' it out with big wins/big loses.

Tough couple of games there, but you have points on the board in the PL so not too shady a start there. For me, I always focus more on good cup runs the first few seasons in the PL and just getting enough pints to stay up. I tend to win a league or FA cup before the league.

If you press L2 on your controller you can open the touchline tablet & go to the “around the grounds” tab to see other match scores that are happening at the same time as your match.

I get the same thing happening. Weirdly, just flicking from positive to cautious throughout the match seems to help. Keep an eye on the match momentum. If you start to flatline flick from one mentality to the other. Also, keep en eye on match ratings of players. Anything from 6.4 down, starting subbing off. I subbed a 6.2 off at the 23 minute mark a few weeks ago and it saved the game 2-1 in the end. The console version doesn't seem to be great at giving you good live match information however. The PC one definately helps you out a lot more there. 🤔

It’s always super competitive towards the end of the season, teams are really trying to make a last minute push for promotion or a to try and keep themselves up.

The console version is absolute rubbish, i was done after a few games. Pls keep the pc one the same. I would actually go out and bye one just for it.

I think its the luke warm beer mate. For those of us from the Southern Hemisphere its just too bizzare. Make sure they have ice cold larger at half time, that will pick em up.

something to note with hiring staff, there seems to be a bug on Console where when you don’t have a HoYD and you’re DoF is taking over youth development duties and then you hire a new HoYD it doesn’t seem to put the HoYD in charge of the Youth Development unless you fire the DoF…

Don’t quote me on this but i believe if you hire all South American staff that should improve the chances of your youth intakes including South American kids in them.

Imagine the look on these Brazlian players faces when they come to the club dinner and get pie, chips and mushy peas for dinner! 🤣
