There is a trick to do this assassination mission very quickly. You have to climb up a building that is nearby the hospital, and then look for an opened/broken window, you have to chose the right angle to perform a jump into the window and eventually, you will ended up being inside the hospital. After you made it inside, you get to kill garnier by punching him several times, then you make your way out from the same window you went through. The last step is that you have to go to the entrance of the hospital to trigger the cutscene, and that is when Altair would teleport and assassinate garnier right before the door opens where garnier is supposed to be shown, and there you go! You performed an assassination without being on high alert, nor getting chased throughout the entire city by guards! You should try it, it will become easy the more you peactise it, i did it after 3 attempts, and it was fun.

the only unrealistic thing about this is the second a body was found they probly would of tripled louis guard and requested that half of the French military reenforce the gallows
