I dont understand this at all. What does the minister mean when she says whatever applies to Econet will apply to StarLink? License fees should be the same, its logical. Policies and regulations should apply to all fairly as is lawful. Apart from that, what else can put companies with different assets/ operations & strategies on similar footing?
