Came here after the hyperchrarge announcement, I'm gonna pick him up again since I've always wanted to play him well!

Its really a coincidence timing, the fact this video freshly finished a few hour later after the brawl talk Angel vs Demon on 26/10/2024 and shows the hypercharge for colonel ruffs :0 And my prediction is actually pretty close, well about 4/10 correct, i got super landing deal more damage correctly the only different is ruffs real HYPERCHARGE charge teammate or Ruffs if they pick the power-up :v And my opinion is that ruffs hypercharge will be very good if you combine it with his 1st Star Power "Air Superiority", because this star power and hypercharge increase the drop landing damage even more, ruffs can also destroy wall with this star power, a very good hypercharge in my opinion
