Defrosting some of their ribeyes as i watch this. Love getting the flanken style beef ribs too. The steak tastes so much better than my local grocery store. The ground beef as well taste better and isnt nearly as much liquid (grease) when i cook it as the local grocery store either. Been my go to store for meat because the portions are just right for two people and my meat doesnt get freezer burnt even after many months.

I followed your recipe (almost exactly) and these turned out delicious. I only had a small can of pineapple tidbits so I used almost all of those. I think it would have been better with a bit more pineapple juice. And, even better, after sitting in the fridge a couple of days, the leftovers were even better! Thank you for such a tasty and budget-friendly dinner idea.

@@everydaycookingdad Never seen anyone in Seattle put mayo on the bun. To be honest to the town you need to replicate it exactly or it's not a Seattle dog. BTW we don't call it a Seattle hot dog, just dog. Quick simple just like the meal itself. Best onions to have on it are Walla Walla as they are a little sweet and come from the state of Washington. We always have good food here. I'm sure you now heard of the dogs from heaven at the Mariners games where hot dogs are tossed from the upper levels by parachute to fans down below. All us fans love it. One even dressed up as a hot dog and tossed them for her birthday as a volunteer working. AWESOME!!!

Whenever I buy it I get three products - 1. lamb meat (with which we make curries and biryanis), 2. i trim off the excess fat from the top and render it to get me some lamb tallow and 3.the tid bits that get left over as some rind!!
