Could I use fabric glue on Velcro? That way I can take off and wash?
That should work too. Just make sure to get a good quality Velcro, otherwise it may come off easily when you sit on it. I purchase from joann store. You can order from their website www.joann.com. If in the US or Canada, you can find these from Walmart, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Michaels as well. In the US, I found Joann has varieties and reasonably priced products

my photo sensor has two wires only ,,,i dont have new photo cell, just grey and black....and my driver doesnt have two extra wires for photo cell.....how do i run photo sensor in with driver>????

It has to be fabric glue. I'm not sure if I saw any in dollar store, they only carry the regular ones. You can buy it from amazon.
