Hi, I just found your program and I was intrigued as I'm making a heavily modded X2 Character pool with hundreds of Star Wars soldiers. Sometimes I change small things in a few soldiers and it's a PITA not being able to modify the created pool. So I tried your program, but sadly doesn't seem to be able to handle this many mods as it just won't open any of my pool files. This one is the 1.1.1 version with the Net 8 (although the zip file says 1.1.0), am I using the latest one? Or am I doing something wrong and it should be working? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Seeing this a year late but Dr Breen is the administrator of Earth, and The Combine is a multi-dimensonal empire. The invasion of Earth (The "Seven Hour War") ended with Breen making a deal with The Combine in order to "save" humanity. Nobody is really "in charge" of The Combine. It's in the name, they are a collective, all working as a much larger machine. Breen is simply a tiny insignificant cog in such machine. Hope this clarifies what he meant.
