He was quite literally the best Guy player, and possibly one of the best players in general in this game. The commentators often attribute a lot of his decisions as simply good reactions or reads, but it's actually some insane amount of matchup knowledge and tech (such as knowing close MK links twice on Elena, or using crouch MK against Viper's wakeup). Infiltration seems to be the only commentator here that knows what Big Bird is up to, because he himself is also a knowledgeable player. That's what lets Big Bird play so aggressively but calm and controlled with well-timed calculated risks.
I'm impressed, this guy and rx are the only one that are on the same level as Kuroda. There urien is better, but kuroda can play any fighter on a very very high level
Maravilloso, es un placer ver jugar a messatssu, me causa demasiada intriga no saber que ha sido de el. Me preguntó si seguira jugando 3S, de verdad que es un peleador fenomenal, al igual que RX, son mis dos grandes favoritos.
My favorite Urien player! His highly offensive style makes him look like a wizard, but he also ends up losing more matches because of it. RX, in comparison, is pretty damn defensive, but wins more. Messatsu is still my favorite!
+FPietros I guess you don't follow the FGC closely huh idiot? There are plenty out there who are great with Guy. Judging from your comment I don't think you have ever played this game, let alone have a gamertag.
+Mad Love Actually he may not have much experience with the game but I do. I main Guy myself, and I do see some things that Big Bird is definitely doing better; - Marq Teddy has good variety, but he often plays risk heavy mix ups. In otherwords, he's too ballsy. - Kiryu Tsukimiya has good fundamentals in terms of solid play (very good at using normals sparringly and safely), but he lacks the variety that Marq has when it comes to confusing the opponent. In otherwords, he's too plain. - Big Bird is a mix of both solid and mix up oriented that the two players have. From what I notice, he has an amazing capability of hit confirming his crouching shorts to s.mp run slides, and it's very consistent. And he has lots of variations in terms of setups, not much where he could be at risk, but they're mostly safe. He only does this "Marq Teddy" special every so often, should give you an indication how he rarely takes risks.
They need to bring Guy back in SF6.

That reaction on 3:09 man, and he pulled it off against Nox2 also a very good Guy player
best guy
I wanna be like messatsu when i grow up
His match with Sugiyama (shown at 1:42 - 1:55) is easily one of the best 3S matches I've ever seen.
that hit confirm tho

Easily the best Urien along with RX
Great Urien.
Best guy mate
+Abdi ibrahim There are a few that are just as good. Go to Wednesday night fights to see them.
He certainly is but a Marq Teddy rushdown is also a thing of beauty.
Ah, finally someone who knows how to properly use Guy.

+FPietros Thats what I thought, typical scrub talking garbage.
