Mechanical debuff on Equipment Diagnostic is much less reliable. I've searched for answers about what it does, apparently mechanical debuff removes the effects of such as weapons malfunction and fuse armor. From what I understand, Equipment Diagnostic is focused most on PVP.

What gun are you using?

i saw that same pinkish purple aura around you when you tested the solar gateway does the aura protect you or something

I've been trying to find ways to use this on my Romulan sci captain. Contemplated using it with stabilized folded space Transporter and Holographic deceiver. Might make a video on the build once it's done!
