Just a bit of fun. Primarily setup as a record and a place to put all my terrible videos of our family adventures so friends and family can see them. My son is an avid youtube lover, and enjoys watching other peoples videos. Sooooo why not put a few up of us.

Our Egyptian Adventure

A quick video of our recent family holiday to Egypt. Based south of Hurghada at TUI Magic Life Kalawy, with a day trip to Cario and Giza. The Hotel had a wonderful house reef with an abundance of marine life with Dolphins, Shark, Swordfish, Turtles, and many other things seen there regularly. We absolutely loved it. I hope you enjoy it :)

A lovely afternoon in the Alver Valley, right here in sunny Gosport. We took the hammock and a length of rope to make a little rope swing. Today was spent almost exclusively down at Alver Lake, or Creek in Gosport UK. Its a 2 min drive from our house and we absolutely love it. Its a super safe. clean and welcoming patch of water that is partially refilled and emptied twice a day on the tide, thanks to a weir. Rainy Bike Ride: The Wickham trail and some hot dogs.

We love an adventure, and given the weather realised that a day afloat wouldn't be the best choice. So we headed a few miles inland with our bikes, some hot dogs and a trusty tarp. Escaping Lockdown: Alver creek and our Kayaks

Merlin and I really needed to get out of the house today for some exercise. We haven't been to the lake this year for a Kayak. Now that we are allowed, we took great care in ensuring we were socially distanced from anyone *the lake was empty* It was great to see his smile return after so many weeks stuck in the house. We might be in lockdown, but we both needed our daily exercise today. Sadly, it did not have the desired effect and as soon as we got home, Merlin continued to bounce around the house, despite the 9 plus mile ride around Gosport Maybe it is was because he was in "Grass mode" and going slow? And yes.... we even rode on a footpath..... whoops lol

Every year we take a few days out prior to the madness that Christmas brings. This year we headed to the Isle of Wight, and hired a small cottage with a Hot Tub and set off across the Island to welcome the Christmas season in. Lots of places visited, lots of laughs and lots of fun.

Merlin, a lifelong fan of Coastguard Rescue Helicopters decided to make the crew of Coastguard Helicopter 175, based at Lee on the Solent a Christmas card and get them some biscuits. Hey there great video, we are going soon and your video shows Kalawy and off so well. Can you tell me how you got your children on the quads? In the app they say only adults, my son is 9 and he would be fine with me.
Hey, thanks for the comment. It's a great place, if you like sun, sea, marine life and a bit of adventure you will love it. The quads. We went with the company down at the beach, our son was 8 in the video. Your right, the TUI excursion doesn't allow kids.... But the guys at the beach do.... We didn't pay for him, and paid a little bit more than with tui, maybe £10 each, but this allowed us to take him. Don't take their first offer.... Barter barter barter. 😜

@@ragetobe that's the one. Known for being expensive but barter and you won't go far wrong. Also, if you can, get the last quad in the row when they roll them out... Allows you to slow down and create a big gap, so you can give it full power on the tour and go off piste, rather than following the line 😂 Don't expect much from the drinks included, it's a hut in the desert... And make sure you tell them you want to stop for photos during the trip, and physically stop when you want to take one, otherwise they will just go from hotel to the hut and back 👍

Absolutely brilliant. Can never beat messing around on the water. What a great way to teach him water skills. P.s. loved the sinking/capsizing, what memories that bought back
