Avoid using your whole arm to play, just your forearm works well at least for me. And take it slow and easy, even I've had several points where I had a lot of pain on my arms or wrists in the past and all I can say is to remember to take plenty of breaks and progress slowly yet consistently. If you play everyday you will see slow but steady improvements in your performance. Best of luck!

I have Beat Saber modded using BSManager and inside it there's a built in custom songs downloader, I got them through there. You can also use BetterSongSearch mod to download from in-game.

This song has been my favorite in Arcaea and hence I played it here too. It sure is on the difficult side but that makes me enjoy it more
