Nice. For a dining area you could tuck a small table against the wall to the right of the front door and put 2 chairs with it. It's what I "saw" when I thought of were to put a dining area but you do you. :) Love your designs.

At first, I find that it lacks light. The Pit-Boy would have made a nice difference. Like the first, I love the story you created around the character. A character with a goal - a first name - an origin and an accent that characterizes him more than all the other Fallout characters. What a beautiful editing job. It's probably long to do. I appreciate both creative aspects. The constructions and the story around them. But for the lack of light in the dark places, I think the Pit-boy would be an asset. I hate not seeing characters advance in a pitch-black setting. This is often the case in movies. But there's nothing we can do about it.

You should start live-streaming your builds. That CVA (Custom Vanilla Assets) is nice to have in the menu list. However, it causes my game to crash... OFTEN. It's really something I would only use if I were going to make another Fallout 4 movie. It is just too unstable to use. I noticed that I am missing furniture clutter that I used to have in my workshop loadout, like bookshelves and now my military clutter cannot be found either. I noticed to switched back to using your PS4. I am guessing that is due to the modding issues? Good series. Keep up the great creativity.

Looks great! I think in that center circle plot it would be nice to have a public space, rather than another home or two, and move the duplex to a different spot. Maybe a little shop or a park, or something like a gym or public library? It’s centrally located, so it feels like it’d be a good spot for some sort of amenity? Maybe even build the building itself round and with the glass panels you use a lot for big floor to ceiling windows so it’s a community space for everyone to see and visit?

Hi, i can't get in my mod order list is there some trick how to fix that problem. I have try every trick what i found. I play ps 4.

Move the pool table and make that a trophy/taxidermy/statue room. Put plants by the glass doors and possibly a few fish tanks in the black wall and a couch needs to be in front of the TV but those small chairs fit nicely on the sides where they are at. Put the pool table in the room with the fireplace. You could make a sitting area in front of the fireplace and you could also put a bar area. In regards to the room with the stairs leading down you could make that a guest bedroom section with a joint jacuzzi🤷🏿‍♂️ a small kitchen area would be a nice addition too. Small gym area? Gaming area? The downstairs section could be a workshop/armory area. You could have a security camera room/safe room down ther also. That other room you say could be a lounge room could be a master bedroom just add a some of the amenties to this room so the owner doesnt have to traverse the whole house to do things

It’s coming along, Dean! Hey, yeah… it’s fun having to toggle S’mores down so OCDeco can have the menu spot. I do that all the time too. lol What can ya do, eh? So, I have a question, for the guest rooms, are you going to also tuck a two piece or full bath in the maintenance and storage area maybe? I love how table to countertop solution ended up bringing even more character to the entertainment alcove. The neon flats cabinet speakers were clever too! Keep it up, your builds are always inspiring~! [Edit] how bout the fireplace be your trophy room/galleria? You can do a mix of the statues and still figures, and/or mannequins as well, stock and deco the various display cabinets with glass to showcase an arrangement of bits n bobs , get fancy with staggered art work, hunting trophy and weapons… maybe? Just spitballing something different! Kk, good luck!

The area with the fireplace could be a library. Stick a bunch of filled bookshelves on the walls. Maybe a drinks cabinet or cigar display. I know it's a variation of a lounge but you are kinda limited with what you can do if you are not going part living space part base.

Hi ! This adventure story that you created with your character "Jack" is a good idea. Because it brings a little humor around this construction. I also looked for where this island was, but I realized that it does not exist in F4. So I told myself that it was simply a mod. With this interesting beginning I can't wait to see the rest. 😀 PS: The music is fun to.
